Travis McCoy, a graduate of Auburn University has been helping to manage the property since 1996. In his current leadership role, he works closely with the team that manages Four Rivers Land & Timber Company LLC, Four Rivers Land & Timber Company GA LLC, Four Rivers Mining Company LLC, and Keaton Beach Marina LLC.

The Four Rivers team is made up of skilled labor and talented professionals who manage the property along with the cooperation of many local contractors, who prepare the ground, plant the trees, inventory the stands, and harvest the trees.  Some of these are multigenerational with deep roots in the region.
